Nerd for a day

It's homecoming week for the middle school and today is nerd day. Last night we put the outfit together and as he was going to bed, he said, (smacking his fist into his hand), "Let's do this, I'm gonna knock it out of the park...or as nerds say 'write it down on paper'"...WHAT?! Oh my goodness, I walked away in near hysterics! He is too funny. He's sure rocking nerd day today!

p.s. I tried a "pocket protector" and it didn't fly...apparently this "nerd" has standards! Ha!
